Parent's Responsibilities
No care will be provided on the following paid Holidays per year. These days will be billed as though care were provided. Provider will take a two-week unpaid vacation per year. Holidays include.

July 4th

Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after

Your child will be welcome at our daycare during assigned hours, previously scheduled by the parent and provider.
You will pay an additional $50 per day fee if you fail to make a payment on the scheduled day. The fee for an insufficient funds check is $50 plus a bank charge to my account.
Early drop-offs and pick-ups are allowed based on availability. You will pay $1 per minute if you drop off your child/children earlier than scheduled or pick your child/children up later than scheduled. There will be no late fee for the first ten minutes after the schedule
pickup time. If you notify us of an early drop-off the night before, there will be no early drop-off fee. However, SLG may start charging for early drop-off and late pickup if you overuse these privileges.
My childcare program can provide holiday care based on availability. An extra charge
maybe applied for holiday care. We observe the following holidays each year:

Breakfast will be served to each child upon arrival up until 9:00am
Morning snack is served at 10:00 A.M.
Lunch is served at 11:45 A.M
Afternoon snack is served at 3:00 P.M.
Dinner is served at 5:00 P.M.
The childcare fee will be $350 per child for individuals who participate in our program Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
The childcare fee maybe subject to change from one fiscal year to the next. There will be at least a 60-day notice for any rate increases.
Drop-in rate is $15 per hour for the first child and additional $5 per hour for the second child.
For full time and part time students who have a fixed schedule, childcare will be paid one
week in advance. Fees are due on Friday each week for the next week of care. This
excludes Drop-in care, date nights, and last-minute care.
There is a registration fee of $50 per child for processing the paperwork required for
enrollment and re-enrollment. You will pay this registration fee with the first scheduled
payment after signing this contract.
I carry professional business liability insurance, and you will pay $25 twice a year toward the cost of this insurance. This fee will be due the first regularly scheduled payment day after I receive. The insurance invoices.
Covid - 19
According to the CDC, childcare is limited to essential workers. If you are not working, we ask that you keep your child at home to decrease the amount of exposure for all children and staff. Parents are not allowed inside the childcare home. This is a rule that has been mandated through Community Care Licensing. This is also to protect the children and staff in our care from unnecessary and further exposure. No sick children are allowed in childcare (this is mandated through Community Care Licensing and the CDC). Children may not come to SLG Family Childcare Home if they have the following symptoms: fever, chills, shortness of breath, headache, new loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, temperature of 100 degrees or above, constant coughing, constant sneezing, vomiting or nausea, and diarrhea. If it is discovered that the child is ill while the child is in SLG Care, parents will be immediately notified and required to pick the child up from childcare. Parents, please have a protocol in place in case this happens, children will need to be picked up immediately. Children and parents are required to sanitize their hands and have their temperature taken at the beginning of their day in care. The child cannot enter the daycare facility if these protocols are not done.
